What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

It does not cover manufacturer defects on parts outside our labor window, damage from misuse, or normal wear on components we didn’t touch. If a manufacturer’s warranty applies to a part we installed, we’ll point you to the exact terms and help you file the claim.
